Super easy. Once booked I just took the directions already available in the map, and when I arrived to any of the places, showed them my QR code and the bags were taken in. We were a large group of 7 and never had any concerns or issues.

The La Cruz ‘Angel’ we booked in Granada Spain did not exist. Radical Angels were very helpful in quickly finding us another site to store our bags but it cost us an additional €15 taxi ride as it was several km away and not near the bus station which is where we wanted to be. The second ‘Angel’ was fine but I wouldn’t use Radical Angels again because of the initial experience.
