J'ai passé un excellent moment, tout s'est déroulé sans accroc ni imprévu. La personne chargée de mes bagages m'a même organisé un trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport.

I had a great experience, the process went smoothly and free of inconsistencies. The person taking care of my luggage also got freed me a ride to the airport.

Le propriétaire de l'entrepôt était vraiment sympa. Les deux fois où nous sommes passés, que ce soit pour déposer nos affaires ou pour les récupérer, son établissement était fermé. MAIS il habitait juste à côté et est venu à pied nous ouvrir les deux fois. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de son service !

Owner of the storage was super nice. Both times when we dropped off and when we picked up, he was closed. BUT he lived rightbthere and walked over and let us in both times. Extremely satisfied with his service.!

C'est un bon endroit pour déposer ses bagages. C'est dans le restaurant de pizzas et de kebabs. Le gars à l'accueil était très sympa et s'est occupé de nos bagages. On y a laissé nos sacs pendant 4 jours. En plus, le kebab est délicieux !

Good place to store luggage. It’s in the Pizza and Kebab restaurant. The guy at the front counter was very nice and took care of the luggage. Left our bags for 4 days. Plus the kebab is delicious!

Everything went well. It was easy to locate the place. It is only one stop away from the airport (with bus 5) Then I walked just 3 minutes. It is advertised as 24 hours, but the shop really opens at 11. I simply called the number the night before and asked about this, he said I should call when I’m close and he’ll be there. So this is what I did. I got there at about 8am, called him, and he was there. No issues at all. I will recommend this place. 10/10

J'étais honnêtement un peu nerveux même après avoir lu les critiques et déposé les bagages car ce n'est qu'une pizzeria et les gars derrière le comptoir sont très décontractés à propos de tout. Cela dit, c'était génial, aucun problème et une bonne alternative si vous arrivez de l'aéroport et que vous voulez explorer Venise sans vous encombrer de valises. Nous avons pris le bus numéro 5 depuis l'aéroport et il n'y a qu'un arrêt, puis 5 minutes de marche en haut de la rue.

Was honestly a little nervous even after reading the reviews and dropping off the luggage as it is just a pizza shop and the guys behind the counter we're very casual about everything. That being said, it was great, zero issues and a great alternative if you are coming from the airport and wanting to explore Venice without lugging around cases. We got the number 5 bus from the airport and it is just one stop then a short 5 minute walk up the road.
