Great experience overall! The location was very convenient and easy to reach by train from downtown Chicago, and it was also easy to get back to the airport from there. At first, I was a little unsure because I wasn’t expecting the luggage storage location to be inside a liquor store, but everything went perfectly. The staff was very friendly, immediately knew I was there for luggage storage, and the whole drop-off and pick-up process was quick and easy. My luggage was kept safe, and I felt very well taken care of. I would definitely use this location again, especially because of how convenient it is for getting around Chicago by train and heading back to the airport.

Very friendly and helpful!

Booking experience, price, and interaction with the staff was all great. Location was ok. It was a 16 min walk from union station. I was expecting the location to be within 5 min walk based on its icon on the map. Of course after I learned the location was 16 min away, there was no way to cancel or get a refund, so I went with the booking. As mentioned all other things were great and the staff was very friendly so I'm happy to give this a 5 star visit. Just beware it is 16 min from union station

The store personnel is super helpful and attentive. Would help if there's some signal or poster outside.

Pretty smooth. Location is easy to find and. convenient. The clerk was so kind and familiar, the less you expected when it comes to trust your belongings. Price is a steal, no doubt.
