Great location and a convenient place to store luggages. However, if you book and pay online through Radical Luggage Storage website, please be aware that larger suitcases (anything bigger than carry-on size) may incur additional charges at the store. It appears to be a discrepancy between the Radical Luggage Storage website and the luggage sizes accepted by the store even though the website lists “suitcase, backpack, carry-on” without clearly specifying size restrictions and the odd size doesn’t not fit the description of a suitcase. Nonetheless, thank you to the clerk in the store for being flexible and understanding.

Convenient, quick, and worth it! The drop of is at the corner of 7th Ave and 35th St in the 'Gifts and Luggage' store.

All was good!

Very convenient, and they were great about helping me change the date of my reservation after the fact when I realized I'd booked for the wrong day.
