The spot is always open, even during holydays, and nothing happened to my luggage so good experience. Could have been faster though: I used this service twice in the span of four days (so I interacted with the waiters four times) and they just pretended I wasn't there all times - despite the fact I was standing with my bag right in front of the cashier.

The location is great! Just in front of the Bercy metro station ! People are nice and helpful (first time for me using this luggage storage system). It was easy to contact the app support to change the location of the storage- I had to make another reservation and they cancelled/reimbursed the first one.
