Only left bags for an hour as we had a change of plans, but we dropped them off and picked them up with no issues whatsoever.

켄싱턴 가든을 방문하는 동안 가방을 보관할 곳이 필요했습니다. 여러 지역 업체에 문의했지만 아무도 도와주지 않았습니다. 결국 인터넷을 통해 하이 스트리트 켄싱턴 지하철역에서 도보로 9분 거리에 있는 래디컬 스토리지를 찾았습니다. 272 사우스 켄싱턴 로드에 도착했을 때 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 온라인으로 가방을 예약하는 것이 더 저렴할 것이라고 권유하여 외부 표지판의 QR 코드를 스캔하여 가방을 예약하고 PayPal로 결제했습니다. 4시간에 5파운드와 의무적으로 가입해야 하는 1.75파운드의 보험이 추가되었습니다. 귀중품이 없고 가방에 옷만 있었기 때문에 보험이 필요하지 않았기 때문에 보험 없이도 위험을 감수할 수 있었을 것입니다. 나중에 가방을 찾을 수 있도록 티켓을 받았습니다. 수거 할 때 그 남자는 우리가 가방을 며칠 동안 떠날 것이라고 생각해서 우리를 다른 사람과 혼동했지만 모든 것이 괜찮 았다고 말했습니다. 추천하고 다시 이용할 것입니다.

Needed somewhere to store bag while visiting Kensington Gardens. Asked several local businesses and nobody could help. Eventually found Radical Storage via the Internet which was 9 mins walk from High Street Kensington tube station. On arriving at 272 South Kensington Road, the staff were friendly and helpful and recommended we booked the bag in online as that would be cheaper so scanned the QR code from the sign outside and booked the bag in and paid via PayPal. £5 for 4 hours plus insurance of £1.75 which was compulsory. We didn’t need insurance as no valuables, onl clothes in bag so would have been happy to risk without insurance. Was given a ticket so we could collect bag later. On collection the man said he thought we were leaving the bag a few days so he got us mixed up with someone else but everything was fine. Would recommend and would use again.

Good experience overall

내 짐은 문제없이 10 일 동안 보관되었습니다. 내가 도착했을 때 직원들은 그 과정을 알지 못하는 것 같아서 스캔 인/아웃을 한 번도 하지 않았습니다. 가방을 되찾았으니 아무런 해가 없습니다.

My luggage was stored for 10 days without issue. The employees seemed unaware of the process when I arrived so I was never scanned in or out. I got my bags back so no harm no foul.

Great information and communication

Unfortunately even though I booked the service, which was clear and easy, I was running very late to problems on the trains! Therefore I had no time to drop my bag off and ended up carrying it. But will definitely use again
