Very easy. Close to south Kensington Station. Just had to show them the QR code for drop off and pick up. I chose the flexible rate so I had time till 10pm to pick it up. I would use this shop again. Even though 10£ for the service is kind of expensive in my opinion. But obviously that has nothing to do with the shop.

The location was excellent and very easy to find. The guy at the store was nice and friendly, and the whole process was straightforward. However, be aware that you have to take your luggage down some very steep stairs. We only had carry-on-sized suitcases and still found the stairs a bit difficult to manage. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you have larger or heavier suitcases. Overall, convenient location and friendly service, but the stairs are something to consider before booking.
