After booking on the website I went to the address, by the way a few meters from where I had left the b and b, called the cell phone number written behind the door and after very few minutes the owner arrived. I delivered my two luggage enjoying another day in the city without any burden, same timeliness and kindness when I called for return. I recommend it!
Dopo aver prenotato sul sito mi sono recato all'indirizzo, tra l'altro a pochi metri da dove avevo lasciato il b e b, ho chiamato il numero di cellulare scritto dietro la porta e dopo pochissimi minuti è giunto il proprietario.. Ho consegnato i miei due bagagli godendomi un altro giorno la città senza alcun peso, stessa tempestività e gentilezza quando ho chiamato per la riconsegna. Lo consiglio!

It was an easy reservation and relatively easy check-in and check-out. It was just a little hard to contact the people to check-in and check-out although they came as quick as they could. Not to mention it was off season at the place we used this app so I can't understand they weren't at the meeting point right on time.
