The Fortuna Hotel, opposite Ancona railway station, was welcoming and friendly; our luggage was stored safely in an air-conditioned room. Excellent service!

It’s handy, as there’s no luggage storage inside Ancona station (which is absurd). You go to the hotel reception and the staff attach a label to each piece of luggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I think the cost (€25 for two small trolleys, a rucksack and a bag for a total of five hours) is a bit too much. But unfortunately there are no alternatives.
Comodo visto che all’interno della stazione di Ancona non c’è un deposito bagagli (assurdo). Ci si reca alla reception dell’hotel e il personale applica un’etichetta su ogni bagaglio. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Credo tuttavia che il costo (25€ x 2 trolley piccoli, uno zainetto e una borsa per 5 ore totali) sia un po troppo. Ma purtroppo non ci sono alternative.
