The most important thing to note is that the location is ideal, and our stuff was safe and we were able to pick it up with no issues. I do want to add that we were very surprised that the staff just made us drop off our stuff in a storage area. I guess I was expecting more safety- like a locker or something. But the staff is there from opening till closing, so nothing can really happen anyways. The people barely say anything, which is fine by me. Thank you! It was very convenient

We got all of our luggage back, which we really appreciate. However, the luggage was not stored behind closed doors and was simply left in the back of the store. This did not feel very safe to us.

I found the shop easy. The only thing I didn’t like was that it wasn’t marked in any way which suitcase was mine. But shop owner (or worker) remembered my luggage, when I come to pick up it..
