Checking our luggage at the supermarket was very easy and hassle-free. Keep in mind that you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs and back up again. But that wasn't a problem for us.
Gepäckabgabe im Supermarkt war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Man sollte beachten, dass man das Gepäck eine Treppe runter und wieder hoch tragen muss. War für uns aber kein Problem.

Great experience!
After I made a mistake with my reservation date, I sent an email to customer support. They replied within 30 minutes, and my problem was resolved in no time.
As for checking in luggage, no issues as long as you have your QR code on your smartphone.
I plan to use Radical Storage for my next trips abroad.
