The staff at the sushi restaurant were welcoming and reassuring, despite the fact that our suitcases had been left for three days in front of the kitchen counter, in full view of everyone, rather than in a locked room. The luggage wasn’t labelled, but we had no trouble collecting it, so the visual supervision was reliable.

Amazing service. We were late by about 20 min collecting our bags, they had closed but stayed until we got there to give us our bags. They were professional and very polite even though I would have been annoyed if I was in his position. We appreciated the accommodation so very much.
