The booking process itself is quick and straightforward. There are many locations. The cashback for the next booking is great. I think a tiered pricing structure based on duration would be fairer. Changing a booking should be easier—I even downloaded the app and created an account, but even then I couldn’t make changes on my own; I could only do so via the chatbot. Having to open and close the storage unit just once isn’t user-friendly. I’d like to be able to access my belongings more often and with greater flexibility during the storage period.

Die Buchung selbst ist schnell und unkompliziert. Es gibt viele Standorte. Der Cashback für die nächste Buchung ist super. Eine Preisabstufung abhängig von der Dauer fände ich fairer. Änderung der Buchung müsste einfacher sein, habe extra die app geladen und ein Konto erstellt und auch dann konnte ich nicht selbstständig ändern sondern nur mittels chat bot. Einmaliges öffnen und schließen ist nicht benutzerfreundlich. Während der Aufbewahrungdauer möchte öfter/flexibler an meine Sachen kommen.
