I didn’t make it by the scheduled time, but according to the original instructions, it seemed like that would be okay, so I left it as is and went to the designated storage area. However, when I arrived, I was told that since I hadn’t made it by the scheduled time and had exceeded the storage limit, they couldn’t accept my item, so I had no choice but to store it in a coin locker at the station. If I’d known this would happen, I should have changed my reservation. On top of that, of course, I didn’t get a refund for the fee. It’s not the staff’s fault—to be honest, I think the problem was a lack of clear explanation.

予定の時間に間に合わなかったのですが、元々の説明によると、それでも大丈夫的な事でしたのでそのままにして保管場所たる所へいきました。ところが、着いてみると予定の時間に間に合わなくて保管時間を超過してるので預かる事が出来ませんと言われ、仕方なく駅のコインロッカーに預けました。こんな事なら、変更しておけばよかった。しかも、代金は勿論返金されずじまいでした。スタッフの人が悪い訳ではないので、はっきり言って説明不足が悪いと思います。
