Initially worried as the staff member we spoke to wasn’t aware of the process due to the shop only signing up 2 days prior, and he hadn’t been informed. Once he spoke to his manager, it was seamless - we had our photo taken with our luggage so that if there was a staff shift change before our return, they would know who to give it to. No problems on pick up. Very handy!
