I googled some sort if storage and found this. Was simple enough process and the receptionist was helpful. Price also quite reasonable. Its a good idea using local business’s to store luggage. I would use again

Hi thanks for the message , I was actually charged twice ( I can send through proof ) and not gonna lie was a bit sketchy leaving my bag in a random room where alot if people had access too , I thought it would of been proper luggage lockers , like they have at DFO

The website for the storage facility was easy to navigate and the facility itself was easy to find. The employee was friendly and welcoming. I didn't like the fact that my luggage was simply put in a room behind the counter, rather than locked up. In my opinion, this leaves my luggage/belongings vulnerable. The website should state whether the luggage will be secure and only accessible to myself and/or others. If I had known how it was setup I would not have used this facility.
