I was able to make a reservation on the same day, which was really helpful. The staff did not speak Japanese, but we managed to communicate with them using simple English and a translation app. (I did not use the QR code.) It is rather close to the station, but it was a bit confusing for me as a foreigner. It is rather close to the station, but it was a little difficult for me as a foreigner to find it. 当日予約できたので本当に助かりました。スタッフさんは日本語不可でしたが、簡単な英語や翻訳アプリを使ってやりとりできました。(QRコードは使用しませんでした) 駅からはわりと近いですが、外国人の自分には少しわかりづらかったです。「Radical Storage」のステッカーや看板などで表示があれば良かったかも？やはり予約前に具体的な住所や店舗名がわからないのは不安でした(^^; 保障費？が追加されるので、当初思っていたよりも割高に感じてしまいましたが、慣れない海外でコインロッカーを自力で探し回る手間などを考えたら、結果的に大変お得でした。(実際、自分が見た駅構内のコインロッカーより安く済みました。※荷物の大きさ、預け時間によります) また同じ場所に行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

The shop is in the inderground market and easily accessible from the Train Station. The shopkeeper/ owner is a very nice, helpful and respectful person.
