Would have been good to know it was a store and not actual storage locker. If you included a pic of the store front on the app, and the name of the vendor, it would be very helpful. Otherwise the experience was fine. Clerk scanned QR code, and took luggage to store in the back of the store. Same process to retrieve. Just make sure you know what type of location you’re booking so you can check opening hours to make sure they align with your drop off and pick up.
