Although I reserved and paid in advance for two trolleys, I only took one, and I was not given the option to be refunded the extra amount I paid. I would like to know if it would be possible to recover it by having the difference credited to the same card I used for the payment.

The booking and payment via the app were straightforward. Unfortunately, there were a lot of people on site who wanted to drop off their luggage at the same time. As a result, we had to wait over 30 minutes before we could drop off our suitcases. They were stored safely and picked up within 10 minutes.

Die Buchung und die Bezahlung über die App waren unkompliziert. Vorort waren leider viele Personen, die gleichzeitig ihr Gepäck abgeben wollten. Dadurch mussten wir über 30 Minuten warten, bis wir unsere Koffer abgeben konnten. Aufbewahrt wurden sie sicher und die Abholung erfolgte innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
