That location doesn’t actually exist. I don’t know why it’s shown that way. The service was brilliant, though – I received a refund straight away when I contacted them via chat. It was also very easy to get in touch with them using the chat function. :) Unfortunately, I needed to do this at short notice and it had to be done quickly, so I wasn’t able to hand in my bag; luckily, I was allowed to take it into the theatre after all. Otherwise, you’re offered an alternative option if you’ve booked that location, which I thought was a good initial solution. I just couldn’t make use of it in the end. But as I said: the customer service team sorted it out quickly and effectively!

Den Standort gibt es tatsächlich gar nicht. Weiß nicht wieso das so dargestellt wird. Der Service war aber super, ich habe direkt eine Rückzahlung erhalten als ich den Service per Chat kontaktiert habe. Den Service zu kontaktieren war auch sehr leicht per Chatfunktion. :) bei mir war das leider spontan nötig und musste schnell gehen, dadurch konnte ich dann meine Tasche nicht abgeben, zum Glück durfte ich sie doch mit ins Theater nehmen. Ansonsten kriegt man eine Alternative option wenn man den Standort gebucht hat, was ich auch gut fand als erste Lösung. Konnte ich nunmal nicht nutzen. Aber wie gesagt: der Service hat sich schnell und effektiv drum gekümmert!
