The service worked perfectly. The hotel at which we dropped our luggage was convenient and close to the station. There was also elasticity in the drop-off and pick-up time. I had made a mistake in the first reservation and they refunded it as soon as I completed the new correct reservation. I will definitely use it again in the future.

Il servizio ha funzionato alla perfezione. L'albergo presso cui abbiamo lasciato i bagagli era comodo e vicino alla stazione. C'è stata anche elasticità nell'orario di consegna e ritiro. Avevo commesso un errore nella prima prenotazione e me l'hanno rimborsata appena completata la nuova prenotazione corretta. Lo userò sicuramente di nuovo in futuro.

Booking experience was easy and service was good once we got there, but unfortunately this is not in the train station (as advertised on the website we used) and is on the 3rd floor of a building with many stairs / a very small elevator. For this reason, would not recommend for those looking for a super convenient option with lots of luggage and/or kids.

This was super easy and convenient, a lodging just a few minutes walk from the train station, friendly people and a quick easy procedure for handing off and then reclaiming the bag. Highly recommended.

I thought I would be booking a locker at the station not leaving bags at hotel .ended up being g very expensive as wanted to leave a couple of small carrier bags as well .
