Die Umgebung kann etwas abschreckend sein und der Shop ist etwas schwer zu finden, da er auf der Ecke im Keller liegt, aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und wir hatten keine Probleme unsere Taschen dort zu lagern!

The address is hard to find. I had to ask for directions several times before I found the small African shop. When I dropped off my suitcase, I didn’t receive a receipt or any other proof of drop-off, but everything still went great when I picked it up.
Die Adresse ist schwer zu finden. Mehrfach nachgefragt bis ich den kleinen afrikanischen Laden gefunden habe. Bei der Abgabe von meinem Koffer kein Beleg oder sonstigen Nachweis für den Koffer bekommen,hat aber trotzdem alles bei der Abholung super geklappt.

No one could speak German very well, and at first, no one had a clue what I was even talking about when I showed them my reservation. My bag was then just shoved behind a shelf of groceries. In the end, the store owner gave us a hard time because our bag was supposedly too big. We had to pay an extra 5€. Of course, the aggressive store owner pocketed that money under the table. A total disaster.
Es konnte keiner einigermaßen deutsch sprechen und anfangs hatte keiner ne Ahnung was ich überhaupt meine als ich meine Buchung vorgelegt habe. Meine Tasche wurde dann einfach hinter ein Regal mit Lebensmitteln gestellt. Am Ende bekamen wir noch Anpfiff vom Ladenbesitzer weil unsere Tasche angeblich zu groß wäre. Mussten 5€ draufzahlen. Hat der Agressive Ladenbesitzer natürlich schwarz in die Tasche gesteckt. Vollkatastrophe.
