Dropped two bags at Metro Express near Kings Cross overday. Picked up in afternoon. The short walk was over mostly smooth tiles so it was very kind to the weels :-) Then took Picadilly line to Heathrow. In all a very good experience except for a hick-up with the QR code in the confirmation email needed for checking the bags in and out. QR remained as a thumbnail... The kind man at Metro Express solved this, QR opened and I received a printed receipt. From there, everything was smooth.

After much searching, we found our second bag. There appears to be no rhyme or reason how these are put in the back storage room. We were 'invited' to take a look for our bags. Storage was good and the gentleman helping us was very kind but it the 20 minutes it took to find the bag was stressful. All worked out in the end and he did verify the numbers on our claim ticket matched our luggage. I would do this again at the same place if needed. This was our first time storing luggage.
