Near Leicester Station. Easy to find. Shop owner is friendly. Luggage has to be brought down to the shop's storage in the cellar by yourself using a narrow staircase where it is kept together with other travellers' luggage. There is CCTV and you need to show your code when coming back to collect the luggage, but to be honest, everyone could leave with any suitcase he likes best. The shop owner took a picture of my suitcase, when I arrived, but did check if it was my suitcase, when I left. Anyway, I got my luggage, everything went fine. Good option when there is time left until you flight takes off!

Great location, just in front of Leicester Square station. Nice and helpful staff. If anything, there are no lockers, but you leave your luggage in the pantry among other people ‘s items. I think, someone could take whichever item they liked. Anyway everything was ok. I would use it again
