The online booking and payment process worked perfectly. However, the drop-off location is in a neighborhood where we felt uncomfortable at 8:00 a.m. There were very few people around, and we were the only tourists—and loaded down with luggage, to boot—even though the area is close to the financial district. Leaving our luggage in a tiny shop where the owner didn’t speak a word of English made me feel uneasy all day long.

Il processo di prenotazione online e di pagamento ha funzionato perfettamente. Tuttavia il punto deposito si trova in quartiere dove alle 8:00 am ci siamo sentiti a disagio. C’erano in giro poche persone e noi eravamo gli unici turisti, per giunta carichi di bagagli, nonostante la zona sia vicina al quartiere finanziario. Lasciare i nostri bagagli in un minuscolo negozio in cui il gestore non sapeva parlare una parola di inglese non mi ha lasciato tranquilla per tutto il giorno.
