Excellent place to leave luggage, next to Perrache station, the staff is super attentive, we arrived in the afternoon to tour the city and our bus was leaving at midnight, we arrived a few hours early and were allowed to wait in the bar and charge our mobile phones. Highly recommended.

Excelente lugar para dejar el equipaje, al lado de la estación de Perrache, el personal es súper atento, llegamos en la tarde para recorrer la ciudad y nuestro bus salía a media noche, llegamos unas horas antes y nos permitieron esperar en el bar y cargar nuestros celulares. Muy recomendado.

Very convenient because the place where they had me drop my luggage Er very close to Lyon Perrache station. The customer service was very efficient and they solved my problem brilliantly (I had made a mistake in selecting the day of the reservation). I made a new reservation and they refunded the cost of the previous one. Not so good is the fact that it seems that the insurance is optional and instead it is not possible to deselect the option

Il servizio clienti è stato molto efficiente e hanno risolto brillantemente il mio problema (avevo sbagliato a selezionare il giorno della prenotazione). ho fatto una nuova prenotazione e mi hanno rimborsato il costo della precedente. Non va benissimo il fatto che sembra che l'assicurazione sia facoltativa e invece non è possibile deselezionare l'opzione
