We made the reservation because the store was supposed to be open from 9, but when we arrived at 9:30 it was closed. The name of the store does not correspond to the name of the application and we had to ask. We found a phone to call and in the end we left our bags at 10am. For the pick-up we said 5:30 p.m. but that we would surely go before and he told us that it was no problem that they opened at 3:00 p.m. We went at 4pm and it was closed. We had to call again and we picked up our bags at 4:30 p.m. Almost 1 hour of waiting between dropping them off and picking them up. He told us that he had had unforeseen events...

Hicimos la reserva porque se supone que estaba abierta la tienda des de las 9, pero cuando llegamos a las 9:30 estaba cerrada. El nombre de la tienda no corresponde con el de la aplicación y tuvimos que preguntar. Encontramos un telefono para llamar y al final dejamos las maletas a las 10h. Para la recogida dijimos 17:30 pero que seguro iríamos antes y nos dijo que ningún problema que abrían a las 15h. Fuimos a las 16h y estaba cerrado. Tubimos que volver a llamar y recogimos las maletas a las 16:30h. Casi 1h de espera entre dejarlas y recogerlas. Nos dijo que había tenido imprevistos...
