It was great. Easy to find. The app is really informative. It was weird that nobody scanned my code—they just took a picture of my suitcase. But everything worked fine. After five hours, I got my things back without any problems.

Location and price are okay. The downside is that your luggage is simply stored in the back of a Thai bistro. But the worst part is trying to find it. Falsche Adresse in der Email, nirgends ein Schild, dss auf due Gepäckaufbewahrung hinweist. Weder im noch draußen im Laden. Erst nach Nachfrage bei einem Servicechat konnten wir das Lokal finden...
