The baggage storage location is great, the time selection and payment was smooth. Radical helped a lot when we need somewhere to store our bags during our travels. It’s easy to use with the QR code. Just a minor note that we took some time to collect our bags as we booked this under my name but I asked my fiancé to help pick up the bags. The staff did a correct job to ask us provide ID to ensure we owns the bags. Which means I have to be there to collect the bags. It’ll be great if I can leave a consent to my family or friends to help pick up on the apps in the future.
