The drop-off point wasn’t easy to find; a map showing the exact location would be helpful, especially as the drop-off point is a chicken restaurant, and there are two restaurants in the same square with exactly the same name.

The shop assistants weren’t any help at all; I was on my own with two quite heavy suitcases and had to sort them out myself without them lifting a finger. Apart from that, everything was fine.
