I got an email when I made the reservation, I got an email reminding me to check in, but I never got any kind of acknowledgement that I had checked in my bag. In case the bag got lost I did not have any way to prove that they ever had it. The guy who received my bag was not helpful, not even friendly. I got my bag back OK, though.

Very warm and friendly folks. I was behind a couple who were renting bicycles and I noted how helpful the gentleman behind the counter was to them, giving suggestions and patiently explaining the map. I was sceptical about this luggage storage service but will definitely use again!
