Tbh I wasn’t thrilled with the experience. Since you don’t know the location until after you’ve paid- you really have no idea what to experience. The storage is a large room in the basement of a convenience store. There were not individual lockers - just a man taking your bag and leaving them in the room with many others. We were just told to take a picture of our bags and show it when we arrived to pick them up. There were no issues but it’s also not very secure if you have valuables.

The process was very smooth took less than a minute to check our luggage in and a minute or so when we had to pick our luggage up. It seemed to have been securely stored and in intact condition. Conveniently located from Moynihan Train Hall, kist a few steps away so that was also an added advantage
