Easy and friendly
Easy and friendly
Location is excellent and central, just near the taxi rank and bus stops for easy transport links. Also very close to Via Mequeda. Booking online was very easy.
The building address was easy to find but location of actual luggage drop-off took a little problem solving. It is on 3rd floor in the online university office. There is a lift. Once located, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was an easy friendly experience and I would recommend it.

Great service, but better highlight better where to ring the bell
Ottimo servizio, ma meglio evidenziare meglio dove suonare il campanello
Kind welcome, people available both for delivery and for collection. The only flaw was not clear where you had to ring to deliver and in the end we made two floors of stairs on foot with the suitcases and, a little away, there was the lift which we believed served the adjacent Court
