Très pratique et efficace

Customer July 2026

Since the front desk clerk was away when I dropped off my bag, I had to leave it at the hotel front desk with a note

Le réceptionniste étant absent lors du depot, j'ai du laisser mon sac a la reception de l'hotel avec un mot

Florence June 2026

Patricia June 2026

It was okey in the sense of easy access to the hotel from where we lived; place des Vosges - but the staff was actually quite rude when we wanted to take pics of our bags before leaving them with them (as stated in the app that you should do to be extra careful and document your luggage). I don’t know if they were offended; feeling that we did not trust their safety - which we did. But you can never be too careful which they should also understand.
