Angel was good, kind and understanding! However, I couldn't keep my luggage for as long as the app said (1h less). Now that wasn't so bad.
Engel war gut, freundlich und verständnisvoll! Jedoch konnte ich mein Gepäck nicht so lange aufbewahren, wie es auf der App stand (1 h weniger). Das war jetzt nicht so schlimm.
