Used Radical Storage at the partner shop at 144 Avenue de Flandre, Paris 19th, and it was a genuinely great experience from start to finish. We booked online in advance which was quick and simple. When we arrived the shopkeeper was incredibly welcoming and helpful — he walked us through every step clearly and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our bags in his care. Another member of staff at the shop was equally friendly and helped us bring our bags in without any hassle. What really impressed us was the personal service. These are real people running a real shop who treat your luggage like it matters. When we came back to collect our bags they were just as warm and attentive as when we arrived. They even gave us directions to help us on our way — a small gesture that meant a lot especially travelling with young kids. One thing to be aware of — there are no physical lockers. Bags are stored directly by the shop staff. That is simply how the Radical Storage model works and is not a reflection on the location at all. The people here were completely trustworthy and professional throughout. Honestly all the stars go to the shopkeeper and his colleague. They made a practical necessity into a genuinely pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you are in the La Villette area and need luggage storage.

The place is really close to the subway which is convenient and the person was nice and professional.
