When I arrived on the day of the event, I found that the place I had originally reserved was closed for a week. I went to another location in a hurry and managed to get them to change the location using chat communication. After the change, I was happy that there were no problems, but I can't give a good rating if I had such a hard time the first time I used your service. I am very disappointed because the next restaurant was good.

はじめに予約した場所が、当日行ってみると1週間休みになっていました。それなのに予約は受付られていたため、急いで別の場所に行き、チャットのやりとりを駆使してなんとか場所の変更をしてもらいました。変更後は問題なくよかったですが、初めての利用でこんなに大変な思いをしてしまうと、良い評価はつけれません。次のお店は良かったのに非常に残念です。

The locker is very well placed in relation to the neighborhood. What shocked us, however, was that unlike the other lockers, our luggage was taken from us without being labelled, without our photo being taken, and without even beeping our QR code. As a result, we wondered if we'd find them when we got back! But all went well otherwise!

La consigne est très bien placée par rapport au quartier. Par contre ce qui nous a choqué, c’est que contraire, contrairement aux autres consignes, on nous a pris les bagages sans les étiqueter, sans les prendre en photo, sans même biper notre QR code. Du coup, on sait quand même posé la question si on allait les retrouver au retour!! Mais bon oui tout s’est bien passé sinon

Leaving and collecting my rucksack went smoothly. But I won’t give it 5 stars because the bags were just left at the back of the shop, so security isn’t that great. But I’d do it again!

Das Abgeben und Abholen vom Rucksack hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Aber keine 5 Sterne, weil die Taschen einfach hinten im Laden standen und darum die Sicherheit nicht soo hoch ist. Aber ich würde es wieder machen!
