Ottimo servizio: prenotato in 2 minuti e trovato il vostro angel. super disponibile e cortese. unica pecca, mancava un posto dedicato, i miei bagagli erano in uno spazio pubblico, seppur controllati. non è successo nulla e non ci sono stati problemi, ma avere uno spazio dedicato magari in un posto non pubblico aumenterebbe la percezione di sicurezza del servizio

No doubt it was lucky to have this opportunity. However, I would have preferred not to be forced to add the cost for the insurance coverage, as our suitcases are of no value, even in terms of content. So I think we should give a choice option. Everything else perfect. Thank you.
Senza dubbio è stata una fortuna avere qs opportunità. Avrei però preferito non essere costretta ad aggiungere il costo per la copertura assicurativa, essendo le nostre valigie di nessun valore, anche come contenuto. Perciò penso bisognerebbe dare un'opzione di scelta. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Grazie.
