The luggage storage was convenient and within a few minutes walk of the leaning Tower of Pisa. The hotel receptionist at which the storage was situated was great However the receptionist said other providers were cheaper, so next time I will shop around better I tried to addd two extra items on my existing booking but the App did not allow me, so I had to make a separate new booking. This needs to be fixed on the App
