The owner was very friendly and assured us that everything was fine with our luggage. He said that if anything happened, he could show us the security camera footage. We just wish the app system had some kind of physical security feature, like a lock or at least a tag, but the staff at the store were fantastic and very helpful.

I went to pick up a package at this collection point and had to leave my purchases and package behind to go somewhere else. I thought it was a brilliant idea to leave them there and pick them up later. The woman on duty was kind and helpful, even though I don't speak Spanish. I highly recommend it.

It was a quick transaction. I picked it up before the scheduled time and asked through the app if I could drop it off 10 minutes before it was due to leave (since it can only be dropped off on the hour or half past the hour), and they said no problem. I left it at a tobacco shop on the corner next to the train station (the one at the roundabout) in Cartagena.
