Our surprise came when we saw that the place we had chosen was not really a hotel. It was a scary hostel, with very bad reviews. We can't understand how on the web it appears as a hotel option, which is a place you trust and then when they give you the site and the exact address you look for it and it has nothing of a hotel and the place is quite scary. Obviously we didn't leave our bags there and on top of that we lost our money. A disgrace. Check well the places you offer so that the customer feels safe to leave their belongings there.

Nuestra sorpresa llegó cuando vimos que el sitio que habíamos elegido realmente no era un hotel. Era un hostal que daba miedo, con muy malas reviews. No podemos entender como en la web te sale como opción de hotel, que es un sitio del que te fías y luego cuando te dan el sitio y la dirección exacta lo buscas y no tiene nada de hotel y el sitio es bastante terrorífico. Evidentemente no dejamos nuestras maletas ahí y encima perdimos el dinero. Una vergüenza. Revisad bien los sitios que ofrecéis para que el cliente se sienta seguro de dejar sus pertenencias ahí.
