En primer lugar, esta es la segunda vez que me mandáis para poner la opinión. Repito lo mismo que en la primera: varios lugares de los que ofrecéis para dejar la maleta NO EXISTEN (están cerrados, como la tienda de souvenirs Ánfora en Tarragona). Eso supone un problema para el cliente, que ya ha pagado por el almacenamiento y no tiene dónde dejar la maleta, y debe ocuparse de escribir a Radical Storage para que le gestionen otro lugar. De este modo, opino que Radical Storage debe ocuparse de garantizar que el lugar donde se almacena ESTÁ ABIERTO Y EXISTE Y DA AL SERVICIO PERTINENTE. Además, cuando llegué al lugar definitivo, (supermercados TM Parte Alta en Tarragona), la persona allí no tenía constancia de que yo fuese a dejar una maleta, y me preguntó insistentemente a qué hora iba a ir a por ella. Mi experiencia con Radical Storage no es positiva.
