I found the app and used it to locate storage spots near to where I wanted to go. I did this because I could not work out how to use black cat out sagawa service and they were bit pricey. Straight forward app and can communicate with their contact msg link. It works like an uber of luggage. Drop off and pick up is easy because the business offering to hold your luggage users the app to read your QR code and record receipt. Will use it again!

Le processus de réservation ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai obtenu une réponse négative après avoir fait 3 fois le processus à partir du QR Code et j'ai constaté que le montant de la location avait quand même était prélevé sur ma carte de crédit alors que je n'ai pas pu déposer mes bagages !!!!! Et le personnel du bureau d'information des touristes de Tokyo ne savait pas du tout comment m'aider. J'ai du aller déposer mes bagages ailleurs. Comment se faire rembourser ?!
