We were able to lock the suitcases in a separate cupboard, but we had to leave the keys there. When we came back, we collected the keys and the suitcases were back with us. It’s a hotel, so there’s always someone there.

Wir konnten die Koffer in einen separaten Schrank abschließen, mussen aber die schlüssel dort lassen. Als wir wieder kammen, schlüssel geholt und die Koffer waren wieder bei uns. Ist ein Hotel somit ist immer jemand da.

The gentlemen at the reception in the morning was extremely pleasant and helpful, but the staff in the afternoon (see photo) did not have the decency to greet guests, and after a long time of staring at his computer screen, blurted out 'problem?', as if it was an acceptable way to start a conversation, total lack of professionalism and basic huma decency.
