There is no proper labeling when we left our luggage. And the “Angel” only simply verified the prices of the luggage we stored. What if someone took the wrong luggage? The luggages should be proper labeled during check in.

Far from Viareggio station and consequently inconvenient to reach on foot with luggage. It is a shop and therefore subject to the opening and closing times of the same. The staff is nice
