Street doors were locked when we first arrived, even though it was after the store's advertised opening time. Also, the store is below street level so there are some steps which must be negotiated with your luggage. But the store is just a 5 minute walk from Penn station so, in that respect, was ideal for our purposes.

While we had no issues with the storage of our luggage, I’d just warn others about bringing children to some of the businesses this company subcontracts with. I’d rather that our kids hadn’t seen crack pipes, lingère, or XX movie posters but they did when we went to drop our luggage off.
