Helpful staff and took decent care of luggage, checking that we were the right owner before we could take it away. We turned up and paid direct rather than booking upfront which saved the service charge. The luggage is all stored in an unlocked room though, so I wouldn't leave anything _too_ valuable there just in case.

It was good apart from the storage location had very small steep stairs to climb Apart from this everything was great and value for money

I used PhonePoint in Haringpakkerssteeg twice. It's close to Centraal Station and half the price of the facility directly outside the station. Storage is above a mobile phone accessory shop with incredibly steep and narrow stairs. I imagine that taking a large, heavy suitcase up would be a quite a struggle. The shop staff were pleasant. You take a photo of your luggage and a numbered tag is attached. The room is unsupervised so it's essential to lock your luggage. Book via the app for security.

Very convenient location, just few minutes from Central Station, but this place is not meant for big suitcases as stairs are very steep and narrow.
