Super quick service. Was able to book on the spot after confirming it was the right location. Arrived at 1:40 for a 2pm reservation and they were able to take our bags 15 minutes early. Pick up was SUPER quick and easy. Highly recommend! Very close to the station.

我试图在这家位于青年旅舍内的行李寄存处寄存两件行李。前台的那位工作人员态度极其粗鲁、不友好且毫无帮助。我们刚到时，他就让我们走到人行道上，用他提供的二维码办理寄存手续。我们按他的指示办理了行李寄存，但他随后却带着一丝嘲讽的笑容告诉我们，行李并不是寄存在他这里，而是在20分钟路程外的一家超市。他之前完全没有解释过使用他的二维码会涉及不同的寄存地点。他对此漠不关心，也没有提供任何帮助。无论如何都要避开这家店。我最终还是联系上了Radical Storage并获得了退款，这点要给他们点个赞。总之，千万别跟这个讨厌的家伙打交道。

I tried to leave 2 bags at this luggage storage place which is located in a hostel. The guy behind the reception desk was unbelievably rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. On arrival he told us to go out to the pavement to book using a QR code which he provided. We booked in our bags as advised but then he informed us with a smirk that they weren't booked in at his location but a supermarket 20 mins away. He hadnt explained at all about different locations using his QR code. He couldn't have cared less and did nothing to help. Avoid this place at all costs. I did manage to contact Radical Storage and get a refund so credit to them for that. Just avoid dealing with this awful man.
