Although I had booked in advance, the person in the storage place declined to accept because he received too many luggage in the morning and had no free space. He was kind and finally accepted my request and allowed me to leave my luggage at open space of his cafe. When the storage area os full or expected being fill, the app should indicate the situation so that user can easily see and no need to visit to find reality there.
