It was an easy process. I downloaded the app and searched for drop off locations near the area I wanted. I dropped off the luggage by showing the QR CODE. Same with pick up- show QR CODE. You have to make reservations in advance. They do not do walk-ins.

查找、寄存和取回行李都非常方便，距离火车站很近。我的行李完好无损且安全无虞。我寄存了5个行李箱，本计划寄存5天，但后来没能按时取回，这时应用里已经出现了延长1天的选项，操作快捷简便。下次旅行我肯定还会选择他们。

Very easy to find, dispatch and pick up your luggage, close by the train station, my luggage was in perfect condition and safe, I left 5 bags during 5 days and i couldn’t make it time to pick up, so already in the app appeared the option to get 1 more day, fast and easy, for sure gonna choose them again for my next trip
